Jason completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2004. During his studies at SFU, he also obtained a certificate in Health and Fitness studies. He also completed two additional years of co-operative education in kinesiology which helped him to gain enormous experience in the field of active rehabilitation, ergonomics and health/fitness.
Although Jason had his training as a kinesiologist, he has always been intrigued and influenced by Oriental medicine in a positive way while growing up. He embraces the idea of seeing and treating a person as a whole. This led him to pursue his studies in Chinese medicine, where he completed a 4 year Traditional Chinese Medicine diploma program at Central College of Oriental Medicine. He is a BC registered acupuncturist who has been practicing since 2009.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his young family. He is the proud father of a son and a daughter. Jason enjoys being outdoor with his family. He also has a strong passion for riding motorcycles and playing golf. You will often see him riding on his motorcycle and scooter around town, or out on the course playing a round of golf.
